A corporate mastermind of the news - television, radio, and newspapers creates havoc just for the purpose of reporting it. His scheme is to start World War III, starting with pointing nuclear missles at China and turning the British and Chinese against each other. Bond pairs up with an officer from the Chinese External Security Force, Wai Lin, to prevent the global war from happening.

As usual, bond is equipped with a myriad of gadgets from Q, like the remote controlled BMW and a cell phone that has a 20,000 volt stun gun inside of it. There is nonstop action and A LOT of guns, mostly MP5K's

(some shooting very long ranges, for some reason) and Bond has a real nice grip on his MP5K PDW.
