Happy but no really happy

So I brought this as a replacement for my WE P38 magazine. Unfortunately not sure why but it did not fit the magazine, product looks well made and machining is spot on but just didn't fit my mag. Long story short I ended up trying turn down the valve on my laythe but ended up messing up the threads on the valve. So I tried to make the base of the magazine hole a little bit bigger , Unfortunately I gave the drill a little to much beans and cooked the hole. So $25 later ive got a new base in the mail and hoping one of the other two valves will fit the new base.
