PDI Precision Cylinder For Classic Army M24

This product, named "Precision = accurate", is an ultra-precise cylinder with an inner diameter tolerance of ?0.01mm. The reduced tolerance makes it possible to suppress the variation from lot to lot and achieve the best fit.

The manufacturing method is cold forging and drawing, and has the same quality as PDI's 01 and 05 inner barrels. In addition, by using SUS304 and focusing on polishing, the friction resistance is top class in the industry. The connection with the end boss is fixed at four points with 3mm diameter parallel pins, and laser welding is added.

Welding technology using the latest technology

YAG laser is used to weld the shaft to the end boss, the end boss to the main body, and the shaft from the inside.

One thing we would like you to pay particular attention to is the "backing". By welding not only the surface but also the back, the shaft, which is often a concern in terms of strength, is fixed.

It has a high durability finish that maintains the same strength as a one-piece and can be adapted to long-term use.

The only fixing method in the industry using parallel pins

Four parallel pins with a diameter of 3mm are used to eliminate the lack of strength caused by split pins.

The parallel pin is not hollow, so it is strong. In addition, since it is fixed at four points so that the strength is not uneven, and the load is not concentrated in one place when cocking.

[Caution about CA M24! ]

It has been confirmed that the type of screw used to attach the receiver and trigger box is M4 for CA (Classic Army) M24s.
