What Is the Airsoft G36?
The Heckler & Koch (H&K) G36 real-steel assault rifle, which was designed in the early 1990s and entered service in 1997, was Germany’s replacement for the H&K G3 7.62x51mm rifle. Available in semi-auto and full-auto, the H&K G36 has been exported to numerous countries. However, the G36 will soon be replaced by the HK416.
Numerous airsoft brands — including Novritsch, Umarex, ARES, RWC VFC, and Tokyo Marui — have replicated the H&K G36. The H&K G36C (compact carbine) and G36K are also popular models for airsoft replicas. Although several airsoft G36 replicas areAEGs, there are just as many GBBRs.
