HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP OUT
Our stock indicators are real so if our website says something is in stock, that means it is in our warehouse and ready to ship. PRE-ORDERS are items that have not arrived yet, and will ship once they are released by the manufacturer and arrives in our warehouse.
EXPRESS orders typically ship out in 24 hours on business days.
REGISTERED AIRMAIL and AIRMAIL orders ship out in 1-2 business days.
ECONOMY orders are batched together and ship out once every 7-10 days. The exception is between December 20 - January 2 where Christmas traffic may slow things down, and during the Lunar New Year where logistics companies in Asia will take holiday, and there may be a bigger gap between ECONOMY shipments (up to 15 days).
REDWOLF AIRSOFT SHIPPING TIME
Processing and delivery times depend on which shipping option you choose. If you want it fast, then choose EXPRESS or REGISTERED AIRMAIL/AIR PARCEL options. But if the cost is a concern and you are not in a rush, then choose SURESHIP/ECONOMY Shipping options (available only for the US).
EXPRESS orders usually ship out within 24-48 hours on business days, while SURESHIP orders ship out every 7 – 10 days depending on the time of year. If you request upgrades to your gun, then it can take an additional 3-5 days.
Different shipping options are available depending on your destination country so don’t be surprised if some options are unavailable to you. For delivery options that offer tracking, a tracking number is emailed to you once the order ships from our office.

We are an American owned company with warehouses all over the world. Our online store is fulfilled from our Hong Kong warehouse, and we have been shipping daily from there to the US since 1998.
We offer a range of shipping options including ECONOMY, AIRMAIL, and EXPRESS Shipping options. EXPRESS is faster (3-7 days) but ECONOMY (7-21 days) is much cheaper and recommended for orders with guns. ECONOMY also has the added benefit that it already includes all taxes and duties, while EXPRESS shipments are tax-free for only purchases below USD$800. RedWolf guarantees all shipments to the US, or your money back.
For guns shipped to California, we prepare them accordingly to comply with California SB-199 regulations, which require blue tape to be attached to the grip and magazine.
Since all ECONOMY orders will be processed out of California, all guns will be SB-199 compliant. If you do not live in California, you can just remove the blue tape on the trigger guard and grip after receiving the gun.
All guns shipped to US addresses will have an orange tip as required by US Federal law. It is illegal to display an Airsoft gun in public with the orange tip, but you may remove it only for theatrical use in a private venue.
All real gun trademarks are also illegal and must be permanently removed from the gun's body for import. Failure to comply with these legal requirements can mean confiscation by Customs, and you will never receive your order. Please note that RedWolf's 100% money-back delivery guarantee only applies if you allow us to comply fully with the regulations.

REDWOLF AIRSOFT SHIPPING TO CANADA
Yes we ship to airsoft guns and accessories to Canada, but there is a small catch.
Canadian laws only allow import of Airsoft guns if they shoot over 366fps using a 0.2g BB. Anything below that and Canadian law classifies them as Replica Firearms, which means they require an import permit. Unfortunately that also means that grenade launchers, which look like real launchers but do not shoot anything themselves without a grenade shell, would not be legal for import because technically they do not shoot over 366fps.
Our website shows a CANADA COMPLIANT icon on the product description page if the gun shoots over 366fps.
All accessories and parts can be shipped to Canada without any restrictions.
For Canada, we offer EXPRESS delivery option, and cheaper Registered Airmail or Air Parcel options.

WHERE DOES REDWOLF SHIP FROM?
RedWolf Airsoft has offices and warehouses all over the world. Online orders ship from the main warehouse in Hong Kong, which carries the majority of products in Airsoft - which are mostly made in Asia. Shipping internationally from Hong Kong is very quick and convenient because it is a major shipping hub, with fast shipments to the USA, LATIN AMERICA, EUROPE, ASIA PACIFIC, MIDDLE EAST, BALTIC STATES, and ANZ.
